Dunamis Tech Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA built the Isca Certa app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Dunamis Tech at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page explains how Isca Certa handles personal information. In short: the app requires no account, has no login and collects no personal data to work. You only send us information if you voluntarily use the "Request a new spot" form.
To show fishing conditions, the app queries the Isca Certa forecast service (isca-certa.vercel.app), which combines public wind, wave, rain, tide and moon-phase data. That request only carries the identifier of the fishing spot you selected. We never send your location: the app does not request or use location permissions.
Your preferences (selected spot, light or dark theme and expanded sections) are stored only on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.
If you choose to suggest a new fishing spot, we ask for your name, your email and a description of the place. This data is sent to our support service and used exclusively to evaluate the suggestion and reply to you by email. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
When the forecast is requested, our server may record standard technical information of any internet access, such as IP address, date and time and app version, for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are not tied to an identity and are discarded periodically.

The app contains no ads, uses no behavioral analytics tools and has no in-app purchases.
This app does not use cookies.
All communication between the app and our servers uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Even so, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app may contain links to external sites, such as the Isca Certa website. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of those sites, as we have no control over their content or practices.
This Service is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and know that a child has sent us data through the form, contact us and we will delete that information immediately.
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and similar laws, you may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of the data you sent us through the form by writing to the email below.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
